Buying Gift Vouchers

Once you have purchased a gift voucher and it has been activated after successful payment (this is done manually by me and may take up to one day), the amount will appear under your shopping cart. You can then send the desired amount by email using the “Send Gift Voucher” link.

How to Send Gift Vouchers

To send a gift voucher, please click on the “Send Gift Voucher” link in your shopping cart. To send a voucher, I need the following information from you:

• The recipient’s first and last name
• A valid email address of the recipient
• The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit!)
• A short message to the recipient

Please double-check your information before sending! You can correct your details at any time before you send the voucher.

Shopping with Gift Vouchers

As soon as you have credit available, you can use it to pay for your order. During the checkout process, you will have the option to redeem your credit. If your credit is lower than the total value of your cart, you will need to choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount. If your credit exceeds the cart value, the remaining credit will, of course, be available for your next order.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers

If you have received a voucher by email, you can redeem the amount as follows:
 

1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not yet have a customer account with Anarchia Versand, you will have the option to create one.
2. After adding a product to your cart, you can enter your voucher code there.

If Problems Occur

If, contrary to expectations, any issues arise with a voucher, please contact me by email: info@anarchist-buttons.net. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. Important details include: your customer number, the voucher code, any error messages from the system, and the browser you are using.
