Anarchist Buttons only delivers against prepayment - the order will be dispatched as soon as the total amount has been credited to the account. The minimum order amount in the store is 10 Euros. The order confirmation will state the price including shipping costs and Austrian VAT (10% or 20%). You will also find the account details for the bank transfer.

Orders are shipped every Thursday. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and can take up to two weeks.

Reduction in value for returns:
A prerequisite for the refund of the full order amount including any postage costs is that the items are unused and show no signs of wear. Clothing, for example, may be tried on but not worn. If the goods show signs of use, I reserve the right to withhold a corresponding compensation.

The EU Commission is providing a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. In future, this will give consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with their online order out of court. The dispute resolution platform can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Anarchist Bookstore Vienna

The bookstore is open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm. All items are available on site.
