Right of revocation & revocation form

Cancellation and withdrawal from the order:

An order that has not yet been paid for can be easily canceled / revoked at any time without giving reasons. All you need to do is send a short e-mail to info@anarchist-buttons.net and your order will be deleted immediately.

In the case of an order that has already been paid for and dispatched, a fourteen-day withdrawal period applies from receipt of the goods. This also applies to partial returns of individual items. A reason is not necessary, but you must pay the postage costs for the return shipment to the address of the Anarchist Bookshop in Vienna. Your money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of notification of your withdrawal from the order. However, I reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to me or you have provided proof of the return shipment. I request that you inform me of the withdrawal from your delivered order at info@anarchist-buttons.net.

If I have made a mistake, I will be accommodating and endeavor to find a quick solution. Please contact me in any case so that we can clarify this. If I have sent you the wrong buttons, for example, I will of course also cover the postage costs for any returns and the forwarding of items.

For the declaration of a revocation or your withdrawal from an already delivered order, I ask you to contact me by email at info@anarchist-buttons.net. Alternatively, the revocation / withdrawal can also be announced by filling out this form (PDF). It can then be sent by email to info@anarchist-buttons.net or by post to Anarchistische Buchhandlung Wien, Oelweingasse 36/5, 1150 Vienna.
